Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking any services with TravelMore Africa. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TravelMore Africa Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TravelMore Africa website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

TravelMore Africa provides travel planning, safari experiences, transportation, and related services in East Africa. We act as a facilitator between travelers and local service providers, and also operate our own fleet of vehicles and in-house guides.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before the start of your trip. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations between 30-60 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport and any required visas for your destinations. You must obtain appropriate travel health advice and vaccinations. TravelMore Africa is not responsible for costs arising from failure to meet entry requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

TravelMore Africa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific trip or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be in breach of these terms if we are unable to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics, or government travel advisories.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of TravelMore Africa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
